The Group for control and monitoring of free economic zones reviews reports on economic results of the zones and counsels the Ministry of Finance as to whether they should be adopted or not.

proposal to the Minister of Finance the form and content of the application for approval of a free economic zone, business operations and control of activities of both zones and the users, for the purpose of aligning procedures in every zone in the Republic.
proposal to competent authorities additional monitoring measures for operations in the zone, if necessary, and executes other tasks in line with the Law.
