Division for Coordination of Internal Units and Cooperation with other Bodies and Organizations

The Division for Coordination of Internal Units and Cooperation with other Bodies and Organizations is responsible for general legal and research and analytical activities in respect to:

  1. preparation of the annual work program and report on the Ministry’s work;
  2. providing opinions on draft laws and other documents proposed by other bodies of public administration;
  3. cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Government  and participation in the work of the Government’s standing bodies (committees) in line with the Government’s Rules of Procedure,
  4. cooperation with Republic Ombudsman’s Office concerning disputes adjudicated by judicial and other authorities;
  5. preparation of internal general documents and particular documents issued by the minister.
