Human Resources Division

The Human Resources Division is responsible for normative and research and analytical activities regarding:

  1. preparation and design of drafts and proposals of normative and other documents related with organization and work of the Ministry;
  2. normative, operational and analytical tasks concerning design of strategies, draft personnel plan and development of human resource management, recruiting, selection and hiring of new staff, senior civil servants and executive officers, in line with the established procedure, via an internal or public announcement;
  3. preparing proposals for the Government regarding appointment of senior civil servants after selection procedure.

The Human Resources Division comprises three specialized internal units:

  1. Group for Staff Selection
  2. Group for Legal Affairs concerning Labor Relations  
  3. Group for Training and Development
