Technical and Operational Affairs Division

Technical and Operational Affairs Division is responsible for technical and administrative activities in respect to:

  1. monitoring and application of legislation concerning office practice, property and staff insurance, workplace safety and other areas within scope of the Division;
  2. keeping records of immovables, the state and movement of resources used by the Ministry, making inventory of assets and liabilities and observing deadlines for making inventory and distribution of basic equipment in offices, giving/taking custody over basic equipment to/from employees, keeping records of property, small inventory, supplies, stationery and other material and their allotment in internal units;
  3. keeping other records within scope of the Division.
