Material and Financial Affairs Unit

Material and Financial Affairs Unit is responsible for activities related with:

financial operations of the Ministry,
preparing proposed financial plan of the Ministry in the process of budget preparation,
financial oversight of donations and development assistance funds when beneficiary is the Ministry,
keeping journals and records, preparing semi-annual and annual reports on financial plan execution,
monitoring dynamic of inflow and expenditure of resources,
book-keeping,
analysis of expenditure trends,
monitoring legislation concerning accounting, finance, preparation payment decisions and request to the Treasury,
controlling payments in line with agreed liabilities and other activities in this area.
