Project Management Group

Project Management Group is responsible for activities related with:

1. promotion of planning, control and implementation of IT projects,
2. defining and implementing project management procedures and standards in the Ministry of Finance, including Administrations within the Ministry,
3. proposing, initiating and managing projects,
4. proposing and monitoring priorities,
5. risk management,
6. defining project budgets and sources of financing,
7. participates directly in implementation of all strategically important projects.
