Rationalization efforts regarding civil servants organization often do not materialize with cut down in numbers, but simply with their transfer to different agencies.

Though it has a billion Euros of its own money on the accounts, Serbia should accept offered international assistance, because in that way it can gain an insight into new ways of thinking and into different approaches. It is also justifiable to take loans for large infrastructure projects instead spending your own money, because the state budget, unlike the family one, has a more important task other than spending available funds – to maintain macroeconomic stability, Serbian Minister of Finance Mirko Cvetkovic said in his interview to NIN magazine.
